COMMANDS:
/rpgcrafter - Opens the RPG Crafter Menu
/rpgcrafter help - Opens the Command List
/rpgcrafter reload - Reloads the config file
/rpgcrafter <smithing/forging/fletching/provisioning> <player> set <level> - Sets the player's level to the specified amount

PERMISSIONS:
rpgcrafter.use - Allows the use of RPG Crafter Menus
rpgcrafter.help - Allows the use of /rpgcrafter help
rpgcrafter.reload - Allows the use of /rpgcrafter reload
rpgcrafter.admin - Allows setting player levels
