This skript adds a simple report system to your server.

Permissions:
Report Notify: reports.notify
Report Check: reports.check

Commands:
/report {player} {reason} - Reports a player.
/reports - Opens a GUI which displays all active reports. Click one of them to send it in chat.
/reports clear - Opens a GUI where you can click a report to remove it.
