jadeno.create - to create a new world
jadeno.delete - to delete the world

Granted to everyone by default:
jadeno.leave - to leave a world
jadeno.join - to join a world

Just drag and drop into your plugins folder, everything is added automatically. Power the custom command blocks with a redstone signal of any kind.
