Esse plugin trás um sistema de anúncios com tema de aviso/advertência, obviamente você pode mudar as cores e temas na config.yml, mas a principio essa é a ideia do Plugin.

Ele é bem simples e em poucos passos já está pronto para uso.

Comandos: (Permissão Geral: badv.use)
/advert - Mostra o status do plugin
/advert <mensagem> - Cria um anúncio.
