This is just a simple Withdraw system that is used to store exp and money in physical items to make them tradable between players through the trade system. It uses item NBT to store the data of a voucher, making it so if an item display is ever changed, all old items will still be usable. It has configurable command aliases, making it easy to add/remove different alias options.

/bottleexp ("Transfer your exp into a bottle")
/withdrawadmin ("Create a exp bottle/money note")
/withdraw ("Transfer your money into a voucher")
