Utilises Minecraft's CustomModelData tag.
Usage:
/cmdmodify <numerical ID>
/cmdhat
Example:
/cmdmodify 100000
/cmdhat
Effect:
Changes CMD tag of 1 held item. Be sure what ID to use cus it cant be less than 100000 and more than 999999
Exchanges helmet item and held item IF held item isnt in blacklist.
