Simple plugin to toggle spawners without removing them from the world or making the world go to peaceful mode! Players are still able to spawn mobs, and they should still spawn naturally.

Commands:
/togglespawners (or /ts) - turn on or off spawner functionality

Permissions:
togglespawners.commad - access to toggle on or off
