Commands

/carousel ( alias c):
/carousel create <Name> - Create a carousel with name
/carousel delete <Name> - Deletes a carousel
/carousel setlocation <Name> - Set the center location
/carousel spawn <Name> - Spawn the horses
/carousel start <Name> - Start the rotation
/carousel destroy <Name> - Stop and remove the horses
/carousel setting <Name> <amount, ticks, degreeIncrease, radius, stepHeight, maxHeight> <Value> - Configure the carousel

Permission: carousel.command.use

Settings

- amount is default 8 and means how many horses should be in the carousel
- ticks is how many ticks should be waitet each interval, default to 1
- degreeIncrease is how fast should the carousel be. Default is 2
- radius is how far away from the center the horses should be. Default is 4
- stepHeight is how much blocks the horses should go up or down. Default is 0.05
- maxHeight is how much blocks the horses could go total up. Default is 1
