Adds a bunch of fun and difficult challenges to your survival server.

========== CHALLENGES ========

Ultra Hardcore: Everything can kill you in one hit!
No Armor: Players can't use armor!
No Sleeping: Players can't sleep!
No Obsidian: Players can't place obsidian (and can't build a nether portal)!
Vegetarian: Players can't eat food that is obtained from killing animals.

/challenges: Opens the challenges menu where you can toggle challenges.
(Permission: survivalchallenges.challenges)
