Panzzonia
This plugin have basic features for every server or network like setspawn, spawn, reload, report, also you can customize the welcome message in the messages.yml. This version of the plugin its only builded and tested in 1.12 version yet and more commands and feautures will be added soon.

/panzzonia help -> Show you the list of commands
/panzzonia version -> Show the version of the plugin
/credits -> Show the creator of the plugin
/panzzonia announce <message> -> Send a message in the server by paying money (Vault required)
/panzzonia spawn -> Teleports you to the spawn
/panzzonia reload -> Reload the plugin without restart the server
/panzzonia setspawn -> Set the spawn of the server
/panzzonia report <user> -> Report a user of the server
Permissions:
jelosus1.panzzonia.reload -> Allows you to reload the config of the plugin
jelosus1.panzzonia.setspawn -> Allows you to set the spawn of the server
