There isn't a command to start it, just start crafting.
Recipe for super diamond:

You can use the super diamonds just as you can use regular diamonds, except when you craft armor and tools with them, the armor and tools are OP. Crafting recipe for the super diamond tools and armor is the same as regular diamond recipes except using super diamonds and not regular diamonds.
