BetterTridents adds some useful features to tridents. Every feature can be disabled in the config.yml.
Void Saving. Tridents enchanted with Loyalty will not be lost when falling into the void

Bedrock Dropping. Tridents will have the same drop chance like in Bedrock edition, making them less rare.

Bedrock Impaling. Tridents enchanted with Impaling will cause more damage to all mobs touching water, not only to ocean mobs.

Offhand Return. When throwing a trident with the left hand, it also gets picked up into the left hand again.

Disable Loyalty Portals. Tridents enchanted with Loyalty will not be teleported by portals to avoid losing them.

Commands
/bettertridents
Reloads the Config file. Permissions: bettertridents.reload

Default configuration
You can view the default configuration here. It gets updated on every new release and your changes will be kept.

Notes
Unlike similar plugins, BetterTridents does not cause ANY lag on the server.
