How do I install it?
1) Install Skript on your server.
2) Start your server and head over to (plugins/Skript/scripts) and upload the auto_broadcast.sk
3) Head over the console or in the game and type (/sk reload auto_broadcast)
4) Enjoy!

What addons should I use?
You may only need the following Skript plugin (Version 2.5.3)
