Arrest players with handcuffs! Then you could bring the player with you until you release him.
Why do you have to use this plugin?
- roleplaying prisoners and guards/ criminals and police
- arresting rule breaking people and teach them a lesson!
- to have fun.
What players cannot do when they are arrested?
They cannot:
- Place blocks
- Break Blocks
- Walk to far away from the guy who arrest him
- damaging entities (PvE and PvP is disabled when arrested)
- taking damage
How do you use the plugin?

/arrest handcuff - get a handcuff to arrest/release players
/arrest arrest [Player] - arrest players with commands
/arrest arrest [Player] - arrest players with commands
Right click a player with your handcuff that you got from executing "/arrest handcuff" and arrest/release a player.
You need the permission arrest.canArrest to use the handcuff.
