Plugin for role-playing games on the server.

- /eme -> displays your RP action to global chat
- /try -> displays the action with a mark of success for fail (local)
- /todo -> describes the situration nearby using multiple arguments
- /do -> describes the situation nearby
- /rpcmd -> main command (have args)
