HiAlert - The alert plugin -----
HiAlert is a very simple and efficient alert plugin.Hello everyone, today I present you my first plugin named "HiAlert".
The plugin is fully configurable and very easy to use.
Functionality :
- Alert by title
- Alert by broadcast
Command :
/alert <message> - command to create alerts
Permission :
alert.admin - gives permission to create alerts

The plugin may contain some bugs. In case of bug please contact me on discord : Hiruā”#0666 so I can fix this one .
I want to say that HiAlert is my very first plugin. Even if it's very simple I tried to make it the best way possible. I thank you in advance for using my plugin.
