All Anvils now have way more features than the normal vanilla one. Recreation of TapL's plugin of the same concept.
Usage
Just put it into your server and it will work automatically.
Things to note
Anvils must be leveled up, the amount and required ingredient will be specified depending on your current level. There are 5 levels your Anvil can be. There is also a custom enchantment book called Steel, which helps you gain iron faster.
