Cooldowns on Enderpearls, Enchanted and Gold apples

Description
This plugin adds configurable cooldowns to Enderpearls, Enchanted and Gold apples. Commonly used on Factions / PvP servers that look for a better combat experience.

Configuration
Plugin comes with a config.yml file where you can configurate cooldown time, a message while player is in cooldown and a message when cooldown has ended.

Default config.yml:
#Enchanted golden cooldown apple config
enchantedapple:
enable: true
cooldown: 30
message: '&6God Apple in cooldown for '
ready: '&4God Apple ready'

#Golden apple cooldown config
goldapple:
enable: true
cooldown: 10
message: '&6Gold Apple in cooldown for '
ready: '&4Gold Apple ready'

#Enderpearl cooldown config
enderpearl:
enable: true
cooldown: 15
message: '&6Enderpearl in cooldown for '
ready: '&4Epearl ready'

Permissions
There is only one permission and it's used to bypass cooldowns:
cooldowns.bypass
