BEFOR YOU MAKE AN NEW ACTIONBAR RELOAD OR THERE ARE BUGGS
With this plugin, you can make an make an actionbar, only with an command.

Command:
/setactionbar or /sa.

After this you type youre text. If you want space between words, you have to make an _ . If you want to make youre text colored, you have to type in & and youre color code.

Is the Prefix
Prefix: '&7[&4CostumActionbar&7] '

Message for no Permissions
NoPermissions: '&4You dont have permissions to do that.'

Permission you need to make an Actionbar
Permission: 'costum.bar'

Message when somebody types it wrong
Message1: 'Please use /setactionbar <Message>'

Message when someone used the command
Message2: '&7You have set the Action bar to ' after this here comes the Actionbar text you set.
