Simple plugin for all OFFLINE MODE servers

If you have proble with offline uuid like (player always join with name Test and after some time change on test. If this happened user lost region or other feature who depend uuid database)

This plugin solve this problem. How it's work:
When player join system take name and set to lower case, after that name convert to Offline uuid.

Don't forget enable bungeecord support in spigot.yml and disable online-mode in bungee config
