BungeeChat is a plugin that will create a global chat for you BungeeCord server. There are customizable ranks in the config.yml that will edit how messages are portrayed based on the given permission and inputs. There is also a toggling command to enable/disable BungeeChat without messing with other plugins or using plugins such as Plugman that might cause lag or bugs.
