This plugin adds flats, enough put a sign, to write prefix, region, price, and the flat is created. There is four command, one command created, to see information about flat (Name and Members), command: flat. Another command adds possibility add member is flat (Add player is region member), command: flat add (Nick). Another command adds possibility remove member is flat (Remove player is region member), command: flat remove (Nick). Another command reloaded plugin, command: flat reload. So-same added to player/removed to player, sent by message, about that, what their added/removed is flat.
