Usage
/mobtnt <start/stop>
Permission: mobtnt.toggle

Things to know
The EnderDragon will throw 10x as many TNT blocks at you as any other mob would, making the end fight next to impossible, unless the Dragon kills itself. Also, villagers are the only alive mobs that dont try and blow you up, making getting enderpearls slightly more possible!
