Rename items with RGB color support (1.16+)

Commands:

• /rr [Custom name] - renames the item
• /rr reload - reloads the config file
• /rr info - shows plugin info

You can use hex-codes by typing &#<hex code>. You can also use default minecraft formatting. ( https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes#Color_codes)

Permissions:

• rrename.rename - allows the player to use the rename command
• rrename.reload - allows the player to reload the config
• rrename.bypass - lets the player bypass the rename fee (if enabled)
