This plugin allow you to exceed minecraft enchant limit. You can choose the max level in the config.yml.
To use the plugin just put your enchanted items/books in an anvil.

For example :
Sharpness V + Sharpness V = Sharpness VI

Permission:
cae.makecustomenchants, by default on true.
