Msg plugin allows you to manage private messages on your server!
You can send private messages to players, you can disable your private messages with a GUI.
You can also click on the message to reply to a player.

/ignore
/msg allows to send private messages to a player.
/r allows you to respond to a player
/ignore allows to ignore a player
Permissions :
messages.*
Permission allows you to send a private message to players who have blocked their message or ignored you.
Later inventory "Ignored players" will have several pages.
