Teeny tiny plugin that prevents creepers from destroying blocks when they explode.

Creepers are now safe and no longer destroy blocks! They will still explode and cause normal damage to players and surrounding creatures.

TNT remains intact and still destroys surrounding blocks as expected.

Side effects:

• Explosion particle effects caused by creepers are significantly smaller

Tested on Minecraft/Spigot 1.16.5. May work on earlier versions, but no guarantees. Please comment if you test it on earlier version and it works!
