Simple Item editor:

features every way of customizing an item, simply hold an item and do /ie or /itemeditor.
Permissions:
itemeditor.use allows the use of the itemeditor.
enchants.bypass allows the player to enchant any item with any enchant, instead of the enchants that can normally be enchanted on the item.

To get the edited item click on it in the gui.
