Ancient Tomes

Ancient Tomes adds "Ancient Tomes" and "Tome Pages" to the game

Ancient Tomes are enchanted books which have generic vanilla enchantments but 1 level higher.
eg: Sharpness VI, Fire Aspect IV, Unbreaking IV...
Ancient Tomes can be acquired through "Tome Pages".
3 Tome Pages of the same type and 1 Leather combine to make an Ancient Tome of that type.
Ancient Tomes can only be applied to items which already have that enchantment at the vanilla max
eg: Power VI can only be applied to a Power V bow

Tome Pages are fragments of Ancient Tomes which drop from their respective mobs.
eg: Power VI from Skeletons and Strays, Fire Aspect III from Blazes, Knockback III from Ravagers and Iron Golems... and many more
Tome Pages are relatively rare, but they are more common on rarer mobs.
eg: Piglin Brute, Evoker, Ravager...
The drop rates of Tome Pages can be changed in the config.yml as well as adding/removing drops from entities.

Bosses can drop whole Ancient Tomes and multiple Tome Pages. The Enderdragon drops a large amount of both whereas the Wither drops a few.

I attempted to balance the best I could, feedback would be appreciated.
