Should work on all versions, but I haven't bothered to test it!

The default config is filled with the gamerules I personally wanted to change on a couple of worlds. The gamerules listed in the config.yml is those that are gonna be changed once a player executes the only command there is.
/gameruleexecutor which has an alias, /gre
It requires the permission gre.execute

The gamerules are only changed in the world you are in, that is how gamerules work.
