This plugin disables PvP damage for a player that has the passive mode enabled!

Permissions:
passivemode.player - allows the player to enable PassiveMode
passivemode.admin - Can change whether a not a player has PassiveMode and the admin doesn't get the cooldown.
passivemode.list - allows the user to see users with PassiveMode enabled

Commands:
/passivemode - Toggles PassiveMode.
/passivemode list - Shows users that have PassiveMode.
/passivemode {on/off} - Toggles a specific PassiveMode option.
/passivemode {on/off} {player} *admin only - Toggles passivemode on/off for a player.

Config:
Just provide the time for the cooldown in seconds. The default time is 30 seconds.
