This skript will kill or warn the player when they glitch or hack their way usin vclip into the nether roof or bottom.

Mainly for Anarchy servers or servers where they allow flight, but should protect any server and stop players from building lag machines or travelling above the nether, a user can use vclip hacks to get into the nether bottom and use it as a way to travel as most plugins does only block nether roof, also I couldn't find a skript that would block access to nether bottom so I made this.

Dependencies:
To install remember that you will need the following plugins installed:
- Skript found at https://github.com/SkriptLang/Skript/releases
- SkQuery - https://github.com/SkQuery/SkQuery

Installation:
1 - Download and install skript and skquery plugins than restart your server, if you already have them skip to step 2.
2 - Upload the .sk file you have downloaded into your server /plugins/skript/scripts/ folder
3 - Do the command /skript reload scripts or restart your server.

You can edit the SK file in any text editor to choose wither to kill the players or not, or disable roof or bottom, by default it should be ready to go and it should kill any player who tries to access the nether roof or bottom.
