A plugin that helps with hosting a server, while on low budget. This plugin allows for the server to expire after 1 hour if /renew hasnt been used. After the server expires, it will actually shutdown, preventing a waste of server resources. This plugin was made as a replacement of the other cheap systems that require server moderators (or, if in a hosting website, the makers of the server), to renew it before it expires, and eventually stops. This gets rid of the "Server moderator(s)/owner(s) arent renewing" issue.
