Description:
這個插件的想法來自伺服器的經濟過度膨脹所以採用系統來回收金錢，如果使用機率來計算，期望值是小於1的，所以只要有Min和Max下注就可以有效的回收金錢，當然不是100%有效，還是取決於玩家的幸運程度。
