Install:
1. Download plugin
2. put it in scripts
3. Type / sk enable Warp in the console

/warp <name> Teleport to the warp No rights
/setwarp <name> Create warp warp.*
/delwarp <name> Delete warp warp.*
/warp Displays warps No rights
