This is an SMP plugin, which includes the elemental bending from Avatar The Last Airbender, but also includes an economy in order to gain more power.

Commands:
/start: Gives you the GUI to pick your specific element
/clearfile: clears the file that stores player status, allowing you to pick a new element
/getflag: gets Flag to claim land
/setmoney <number>: sets player's money value

The bending is self-explanatory by the item name and lore.
To start earning money from villager taxes, you must right-click the passport. Villagers must be close to the claim flag to be eligible to pay taxes.
