This plugin automatically plants new seeds as soon as you right-click on a full-grown plant with a hoe!

Additionally, you can harvest sugar canes easily by right-clicking them anywhere and they will always be harvested at the root of the cane!

In addition to that, a no-trample feature can be activated in the config!
