About Towny Menu:
Towny Menu is a simple plugin that is designed to be an addon to the popular plugin, Towny. With Towny Menu, you will no longer need to type long and rudimentary commands to manage towns and plots. Everything from town permissions, taxes, resident rankings, to plot prices and types can now all be managed from a simple, intuitive, and optimized menu.

Requirements:
Towny (for best stability use an official release)

Commands and Permissions:
/tm | /townmenu - Open the town management menu
Permission: townymenu.town.use (defaults to mayor, can be added to other ranks in the townyperms.yml file in your towny settings folder)

/plm | /plotmenu - Open the plot management menu
Permission: no permission (can be used by the owner of a plot on their plot and the Mayor of a town can use it anywhere in their town)


Admin Permissions:
townymenu.plot.admin - Allows plots to be managed in any town

Note: Some menu buttons require permissions for specific actions. For those actions a user must have permission for the default towny command to use the button. For those permissions check Towny Permissions

Compatibility:
This plugin should be compatible with most recent versions of Towny and versions of Spigot. If you find an incompatibility let me know, and I will be testing other versions very soon.
