First of all, my English is not very good, so sorry me for that.

English description:
This plugin is designed to get new players to accept your rules and privacy policy. Players will be notified upon joining for the first time by title and chat message. If this does not happen after an adjustable period of time they will be kicked.

Deutsche Beschreibung:
Diese Plugin ist dafür gedacht, dass neue Spieler eure Regeln und die Datenschutzverordnung akzeptieren. Sie werden in einstellbaren Zeiteinheiten per Titel- und Chatnachricht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Falls dies nicht nach einer einstellbaren Wiederholung nicht geschieht werden sie gekickt.

SoftDepend = Can be done, does not have to be.

MHR has a Wiki in English and German!

Drag the jar-file in all your Servers. Bungeecord too! Restart. Adjusting Mysql and Config. Again restart, finish.
