Bedrock Breaker

This was created as a few people had requested me to program a plugin which allowed players to break bedrock via a specific tool in this case a (Diamond Pickaxe) however there had to be limitations in the term of a permission, it is useful as a donator perk or generally as a fun plugin.

The plugin in it's current state only has one command which is as follows and also the one permission -
