NetherFix is a simple plugin with a ton of effect on the nether world limits
it's disabling the damage when ever you pass the bedrock layer on top ( Y - 128), perfect for Factions server.

* doesn't effect your server performance, Just drag and drop the plugin into your plugins folders.
