Commands and Permissions:
/anvil - Opens an anvil for yourself
/anvil <player-name> - Open an anvil menu for others
/anvil reload - Reload the configuration (Sometimes a full server restart is required)
/anvil help - Displays the list of commands, their usage and a brief description of their use.
anvil.open - to open the anvil for yourself
anvil.open.others - to open the anvil for others
anvil.unbreakable - to make anvils unbreakable
anvil.colour - to use colour codes
anvil.virtual - right-clicking an anvil in the main hand opens the anvil gui
anvil.admin - gives all permissions
