Just a simple plugin to prevent people from making portals, useful for gamemodes like creative that contain portal trapping. Also lets you set commands to be executed when a player triggers a portal, useful for fixing players that got stuck before this plugin is enabled.

Developed and tested in 1.12.2, should work with future versions but no guarantees.
