Instructions:
1. Download this plugin.
2. Drag and drop the plugin into your plugins folder.
3. Restart/reload the server to load the plugin.
4. Edit the config.

Permissions:
- rankjoin.rank.RANKNAME - give this to players that you want to have a custom join message for. Do not forget to set the other rank permissions to false for higher ranks.

Information (Config):
Disable-Default-Messages - Disabled the default join and leave messages that Minecraft has.

Message-Cooldown - To prevent joining/leaving spam a player can produce. You can set a cooldown in seconds on a message being sent. If the player is in the cooldown, the message will not be sent.
Default: 5 minutes (300 seconds)

Ranks - there is a test group made for you to see how you can format the message. Remember for this example, the permission would be 'rankjoin.rank.testgroup'
