Disable Potions allows you to disable any potions you want. All potions are in the config. You can disable splashing, drinking, and lingering versions of each potion and you can disable dispensing of the potion through dispensers.

Anyone with the permission "DisablePotions.bypass" will be able to use any potions even if they're disabled.

Just drop the .jar into your server's "plugin" folder and reload/restart your server. Then open the new "DisablePotions" folder in your plugins folder and configure it. Once you're done configuring, save the file and the plugin will immediately start using those settings, no reload necessary!
