This plugin allows developper to restart their plugin without restart entierely servers.Note: when reloading, all code modifications will be taken into account, which makes this plugin very useful for developers.
It is highly not recommended to use this in a production environment.
All plugins that depends on a plugin being reloaded will also get reloaded in the correct order.

reloadpl <pluginName> -
to restart entirely a plugin and the plugins that depends on it. (look at the important mention)
loadpl <pluginName>
rempl <pluginName>
delfile <fileName> - to remove a jar file. The attached plugin (if any) will be automatically disabled
plugininfo <pluginName> - to show informations about a plugin (version, authors, description...)
Permission: the only one permission is
manager.admin, given to operators by default. Players with this permission can use all plugin administration commands (
reloadpl, loadpl...).
