/quicksand: Gives you the quicksand block

quicksand.command: Allows you to use the /quicksand command
How to use
Step 1: Upload the plugin to the server
Step 2: Restart the server
Step 3: Spawn in quicksand with /quicksand and place it as you want!
Future Plans
1. Allow the quicksand block to be found in deserts
2. Make the shovel the fastest tool to break the quicksand with
