AutoPick is a plugin that allows you to give players access to all or specific blocks to have them instantly go into their inventory when they mine/break them.
It will also provide the ability to give XP of blocks broken instantly to them.

autopickup.item.* - Gives the user access to all blocks.
autopickup.item.ITEM_NAME - Gives the user access to specified block.
autopickup.xp - Gives user access to auto pickup XP from mining.
