This plugin is currently been recoded and only works on 1.8.8 to 1.11.x until the plugin has been recoded.

Commands:
/sc <message> - Allies: /staffchat - Staff with Staff.
/tsc - Allies /togglesc - Toggles staff chat on and off.

Permissions:
sc.chat - Allows you to do /sc
sc.toggle - Allows you to do /tsc
