Player Commands

/gcops help: Shows all the commands of the plugin.
/gcops kills: Shows the players's current kills.
/gcops wantlvl: Shows the players's current wanted level.
/gcops topkills: Shows the Top 10 players with most kills
/gcops topwant: Shows the Top 10 players with most wanted level.
/gcops panel: Open up the GUI Panel.

Admin Commands

/gcops check : Shows the players's current kills & wanted level
/gcops set : Sets the player's wanted level to the specified number.
/gcops reset : Sets the player's wanted level to 0
/gcops givecheat : Gives the player a specified number of cheatcard.
/gcops reload : Reloads the plugin

GTACops.user- Player can use the commands and access to /gcops help command.
GTACops.user.bypass- Cops won't spawn for that player.
GTACops.user.payfine- Gives access to pay fine from GUI Panel & signs
GTACops.user.track - Gives access to track player from GUI Panel
GTACops.user.cheat - Gives access to use the cheatcard
GTACops.admin- Gives access to admin commands.

PlaceholderAPI- To hook placeholders into PlaceHolderAPI by clip and use it in another plugin

To Hook into Clip's PlaceHolderAPI
You need to download latest version of Clip's PlaceholderAPI. After that go to the server and type /papi ecloud download GTACops. After its finished, do /papi reload and its all done. The placeholders are hooked and will work in the plugins which will use PAPI. Placeholders :

%gtacops_kills% - shows the total kills.
%gtacops_wantedlvl%- shows the current wanted level.

Signs
From GTA2Cops, New signs has been introduced, where whenever people right click a sign, his wanted level would decrease by 1. In return he had to pay some money.
